This taproom has the most incredible views of Seneca Lake! Try a roast beef sandwich and snag a seat on the deck – or a bowl of popcorn and watch the band or the sunset.
The pizza is awesome, but our personal fave: the Sloppy Ball. It’s a meatball slider but is is huge, and it is $5. You could do a ball and a beer and be FULL. Plus live outdoor music!
Beer (and wine/cider), good food, good vibes, and the building and view is beautiful. You’ll find live music as well. Dog friendly inside and out, nice for rainy days with the hounds.
The most popular and well-known winery in the Finger Lakes, Hazlitt is a must-visit – there is so much more than Red Cat! In summer, “The Oasis” is an outdoor party-spot with live music and wine slushies.
Wagner is massive and has something for everyone! With an expansive tasting rooms for both wine and beer, this is a compound that is perfect for groups.

A beautiful view and a glass of Riesling – what more do you need? This elevated winery is a must visit for a high-end napa-style experience right in the heart of the Finger Lakes.
This newly renovated building is an icon on the East Side of Seneca. It’s great bar food with a smoker the size of a MAC truck, and an amazing patio. Live music, open late. Not a huge local selection but good bar vibes.
The previous owners of Just a Taste on the Ithaca Commons have left the city view for a lake view! Highly recommend for breakfast, sweet treats, and their focaccia.

Our favorite spot in downtown Watkins! Awesome BBQ, local drinks, good vibes. We like to sit at the bar when the garage door is open and dogs are welcome on the patio!
